feature request

Hello, 

i didn't find a way to do that in deskscape, would it be possible to add blur frame effect on wallpaper ?

I have an ultrawide screen and i don't want to stretch my portraits pictures, so the best would be to have the same picture blurred and zoomed behind the original to fill the black bars on the side (not just a color to fill)

It would be super cool to have an option to choose how blur the frame background is

I have found another ways to do it, but it would be great to have an all in one solution
