Help with Windows Shortcut Key.

For some reason my Windows shortcut key doesn't work anymore. I have become very dependent on this key. Things such as Windows +E and Windows +D don't work anymore. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Run any Windows Tweak programs or ther programs that will let you disable this key....that's my best guess....that you inadvertently disabled the key

sub question: does anyone know who they can RE-PROGRAM shortcuts?

i move between mac and pc a lot and i'll tell ya- boy would i love to use the alt or winkeys as an option key. when i collaborate with people and they say 'oh, you can fix that by hitting control+option+blah' i'm like.. wait.. you mean alt? when you're big on shortcuts, you don't look at the keys, you feel for them. even on my keyboard, the alt key has the option symbol. but it doesn't work like that!
