Start11: Windows Store Apps Won't Launch from Start11 Shortcuts

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with Stardock Start11 on Windows 11 (version 23H2).

Problem Description:
Windows Store apps (like the new Notepad, Calculator, and others) do not launch when I click their shortcuts in the Start11 menu. However, these same apps launch perfectly fine from the default Windows 11 Start menu.

Troubleshooting Done:

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Start11, but the issue persists.

Has anyone encountered this problem or have any suggestions on what might be causing it and how to fix it?

Do they launch from the All Apps section of the Start11 menu?

How did you add these apps to the Start11 menu?

Also, what style Start11 menu are you using?

1. No, they don't.
2. They were added there automatically after installing the app from the Store.
3. I tried on every available style.

First, lets try the Purge and Reinstall as described here:

Restart your computer before the purge and then again after the purge.

Then report back if the issue was resolved or still exists.
