Fences 3 Update Not Downloading

Good morning, Stardock Support.

When I get a notification from Fences 3 that there is an update available, I click download and install. The dialog then gets stuck on "0 Bytes of 14.10 MB".  I thought I would have better luck downloading the update from the Stardock website, but I was unable to find the update there.  Could you possibly provide a link so that I can download the file manually?

I'm unable to find my product key in the app or on the website.  I know I've downloaded and installed updates in the past.  Your assistance would truly be appreciated.

Thanks. I'm getting "no registrations found" at that page.  My history appears to be gone.

I was able to get a link emailed to me and complete the update.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you still having issue with your account, such as your purchased items not appearing in your account. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
