After restarting,Start11 does not work.

This has happened twice. Start11 doesn't work after I get up and restart my computer. Changing the Start Menu style after re-entering Start11 also doesn't activate it.

Looks like you on older Windows version, best to updates your Windows to latest available version to ensure compatibility.
