Does not Recognize Windows to Group

Please see in the attached link. I am trying to group some TradingCharts (SierraCharts) into a tabbed window. However, somehow they are not being recognized. It is only possible to group one chart with groupy settings window. Any ideas how to solve this?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I have looked at your video. Not really sure what you're trying to do. To group those charts windows you have opened, have you tried dragging the different Charts Windows on top of each other to group it? Something like the video below.

Groupy will only group windows which have titlebars and your other windows do not have titlebars.  They seem to be showing at most a menubar.
