What type of license does Start11 v2 use?

I would like to know what type of license Start11 v2 uses. Is it a one-time payment or an annual license?

Start11v2 offers a 5 Active installs or Single Active install as a yearly subscription, or a 5 Active installs or Single Active install Permanent license.

The Permanent license only includes updates to ver. 2.xx. Once version 3.xx is released, you will need to buy a new license if you want to upgrade.
