Email address is not valid for the product key

Trying to activate an old version of Fences, from 2015. Asks for an email address, which it never has before. So I have no idea what that might be. None. I tried a couple at random, but no luck.

Surely there is a way!!!

Did you change your email address since then?

Do you still have a copy of the email purchase confirmation?

Also, using your email address as your user name in a public forum is not the best idea.

I have many email addresses, some old, some new. I have the purchase confirmation. It contains the key, but no email. It was sent to this email address, which does not work.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you purchase via paypal, try using that email address.

If not, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
