Ratings are a cumulative average of the opinions of those who post them...as to whether they consider the skin/etc to be a 'good one' or not.....1 is bad...10 is excellent.

"thumb" being operative Tiggz

I'd hang with two up fer Fuzzy and everyone else though if Fuzzy'ss got some chocolate hidden and handy, I am sure I could find a few more thumbs at a moments notice!

though I do know of one that would get two fingers up on opposing hands...

Although ratings are good and helpful, they have a habit of rubbing people up the wrong way

A rating is the cumulative average of the opinions of those who post them, as to whether they consider the skin, etc. to be a good or not. A 1 is bad and a 10 is excellent.

/me in an effort to make Apocalypse's presentiment live, blatantly rips post #1, because of his inability to come up with a better answer.

Paul should be on the brink of retirement hence all the rayalties collected

Rating: The final result calculated by adding the numbers together, then dividing the total by the amount of numbers. [From 1 to 10 the lowest number is bad, the highest number is good]

**Just helping my own prediction**

How is the rating determined on files, such as CursorXP files? Thanks

Why do you ask? - (sorry, that's not an answer so it can't count to the predicted 30)

/me just wanted to mess up the count

cumulative average of the opinions of those who post them

However, I believe the ratings are weighted, so that if an Admin gives something an 8, its the equivalent of five seperate 8 votes. Or something like that.
