I'm not a prude for certain... but I do believe the reference to cursing is frowned upon, as this is a family-safe site. That aside, I'm not really certain about your predicament. Sorry I wasn't a help!

Abbreviations and/or use of asterisks is/are not acceptable, just as with the word/s they portray.

I have no idea how many times I've seen WTF used in this forum *too many to count right now* absolutely nothing wrong with it here IMO.

CircleRed2 sorry I can't help with your query but somebody will be along shortly I'm sure that can.

Satans Child .....the right 'approach' to a request for help will evince the 'right' response.

An unfortunate combination of abbreviation and exclamation was used which was/is counter-productive.

It's better to 'correct' one's approach than to allow it to perhaps deteriorate...

I couldn't agree more. I was just referning to the abreviation comment, as for the politeness ... it goes along way.

Perhaps the Freeware version does not let you use themes only objects, Hence if you like it you purchase and get thebenefit of themes....but thats just a guess

The free version of DesktopX 2.1 should also allow you to load themes. That having been said, some older themes will not work with DesktopX 2.1. You can search for themes which have DX2 support by using the search feature at the top of the DX2 library. If you still, have questions regarding this, I would suggest you return to this thread and politely ask about a specific DX Theme, making sure you spell the name of the theme correctly or post a link to the theme.
