Install Window Blink for my Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

I used my 00-0000000-OEM-00000000 Key with Objet Desktop to load Window Blind, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

Yes, running better than good.

Except for:
I used to be able to add a program by holding the Ctrl + Sft Key.

Now I have to go to "Add to Group-All ungrouped windows on this monitor", which is on the Menu ribbon.

PS I have to be exact as possible since it will be one of the few programs I will be recommending on my web site.
The site is currently under construction

Not sure what this key have to do with Windowblinds. Please elaborate more so we can try to reproduce your issue with and without Windowblinds install/applied.

Windowblinds, nothing. I only use Groupy.

If I have Groupy open and I have a program open but not part of the Groupy group I need to make the program part of the Groupy group.

Example:  Current Group - OneNote, Excel, Notepad.

I also have Word open but not part of a group. Now I want to add Word to the Groupy set that is open. I want to make Word part of the Groupy group by dragging it onto the Groupy set. I used to just hold the shift key down and drag it onto the Groupy set.

Now for some reason, unknown to me, I can't'.

I know I can do it by using "All ungrouped Windows on this Monitor". I would rather just use a hotkey.

Just to be clear, you created a post in Windowblinds area, and now you're asking on Groupy question, nothing to do with Windowblinds at all? If so I will have to move this one to Groupy area.
