Start 11 sizing.

Can't expand the Start Menu

The only tolerable (for me) Star 11 selection is Windows 7

Problem many Icons in the left Pin to Start 11 area can not be seen or accessed.

Can't scroll them, can't expand the window, can't apply multiple rows.

Not much sense having program icons there for quick access, if I can't access them.

Is there a setting I'm missing?
