autoupgrade from fences 5 to 6?

I purchased fences 5 today. After about an hour the porgram offered to update to Ver 6. The fences 5 activation key does not work with ver 6.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, from what I know, there is no auto-upgrade option available. I wonder, where did you purchased Fences 5 from? I believe, Stardock has stop selling Fences 5 since Fences 6 was released.

Perhaps you can request refund the Fences 5 and than purchase Fences 6.

Hi:

I am in the same situation - also purchased Fences 5 today without realising Fences 6 was already available!  I actually installed Fences 3 which I purchased a long time ago and installed it into a new laptop, and it immediately offered an upgrade purchase but that brought me to Fences 5 instead of Fences 6.

Just wondering if I could obtain the key for Fences instead - feeling a bit ripped off…
