Spontaneous crashing of Multiplicity 3 with Windows 10 in Parallels Desktop

I'm having an issue with Multiplicity 3 running on Windows 10 via Parallels Desktop where multiplicity will be working fine, then suddenly it just crashes requiring a reboot of my Windows 10 VM to fix the problem. It happens intermittently, but over the past week sometime is now happening every time and  Multiplicity is no longer usable. I have not updated or changed any settings in Multiplicity, Windows, Parallels or the secondary PCs.

Multiplicity works fine until its processes randomly crash/stop working. There is no error message or error code.

Can I get some help reviewing logs to determine what is causing this issue?

Is technical support still being provided for Multiplicity 3 KVM?

Thanks

MP3 is only slightly supported still.  However, if you install the trial for MP4 (on each PC) can you still reproduce it?

Thank you for the quick reply. Before installing MP4, I decided to monitor Task Manager and identified the following Windows Process as the culprit:

Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry

Upon booting into windows, MP 3 works fine. But once this Windows process starts, MP3 stops working completely. Forcing termination of this Windows process resulted in restoration of full MP3 function. I have been able to reproduce this a few times now successfully.

I was not able to find any known documentation of this Windows process casuing issues with MP3. The Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry is specific to Windows 10 (and is not a virus), but is related to how MS collects user data. Although MP3 is being phased out it seems, I would keep it on the backburner that this process could be causing issues with MP3 and possibly 4.

That is, frankly, wild.  Thank you for this work and feedback (its a gift, really).

If you do decide to test it on MP4, I would be willing to offer you a base license to test with - for the work you put in and the kind feedback.

Let me know how you would like to proceed and thanks again.
