Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information to help you.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Fences full version number.
  3. Your issue on Fences Portal or Fence?
  4. Every folder not opening? What error popup? Folder link to External drive etc?
  5. Any other details that might help us understand the issue better. Post a video might help us.
