step 2: do not install it. read the Installation Guide first: http://beyondconvention.net/ohussain/lsinstaller/installation_guide.htm
step 3: now install.
step 4: before trying new themes read this part of the Installation Guide again:

step 6: check wether themes are OTS2 compliant before you install them. you can find a few themes here at Wincustomize. much more themes can be found at LiteStep.net (naturally). also worth a visit are deviantArt.com and Customize.org
step 7: feel free to copy and paste these easy little steps all over the net. they are licensed under the FDL http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/fdl.html
