Bonjour,

Depuis quelques jours j’ai la mise en page de mon bureau qui n’est pas pris en compte au démarrage de mon PC.

La restauration de la sauvegarde ne fonctionne pas pour récupérer ma mise en page je suis obligé de redémarrer mon PC.

Clôtures version 6.00

Windows 11 version 24H2 build 26100.4652

Y a-t-il une solution pour résoudre ce problème

For the past few days, I have labeling my office which has not been taken into account when I started my PC.

The restoration of the backup does not work to recover my layout I am forced to restart my PC.

Fences version 6.00

Windows 11 version 24H2 Build 26100.4652

Is there a solution to solve this problem

Hello

It's been 2 1/2 months that your application hasn't been working properly and resuming the layout of my desktop icons permanently is seriously starting to break my feet to be polite

I used Fences 3, Fences 4 and Fences 5 I had a malfunction once on one of the versions that was solved quickly.

Today, your software is not functional and unpleasant to use. When can I be given a viable solution to my problem?

The Dev feedback is that, from your error report you uploaded. It shows you're not using any Fences at all in your system. To be sure, please post a video or a screenshot on your desktop so we can actually see the issue better.

Just to make sure, you do know how Fences work, yes? Just refer to this video on how to basically use Fences 6.

 I invite you to reread all the exchanges.

 I don't lend use all the features of your software.

I have placed my ICONES on my desktop which changes place after turning off the computer for the night and restarting in the morning, I have not sent you a request for another feature of your software.

Thank you for targeting my request, I have trouble keeping my icons in a defined place, whether or not I use all the features is not the question.

I want to keep my icons as on the screenshot every time I start my PC in the morning as was the case with version 3, version 4, version 5

If I needed to use another feature, I would have made a request in this direction.

And still no answer my request

If you do not put your icons inside Fences, Fences can not control its layout. That layout is under Windows desktop control not under Fences control. You actually need to put those icons inside Fences so Fences can control it. If you wish not to have icons inside any Fences, you actually do not need Fences.

I have been using your software since 2019, I have sometimes had this inconvenience which has always been solved by restoring the layout backup since version 6 this feature is no longer operational

If I don't use one of the features, it doesn't work and tomorrow I'll have to use all the features to make it work, sorry but I don't agree with your solution

It is in Fences that I make a backup of my desktop.

Insofar as you are not able to do the operation, I ask you to make the refund of version 6 that I am switching to another solution

For refund, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Refunds" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
