Jafo: I need your opinion.

I've been having this argument with the moderator on ppxskins.com about someone posting skins that are remarkably similar to mine (the poster even uses the name "luni" and "lonnie"). He claims nothing wrong has been done here and I am acting childish (he calls me an idiot). Take a look at the links from my notice on the front page of my site: http://koti.welho.com/kruohio/skinz.html and tell me, do you think I'm overreacting and wrong? (the last skin was actually removed from their site - so that link ins't working). Thank you

I think you are right but you can do a bit little about it. Too bad these things happend but keep trying to contact the admin.

I am beginning to think that you are over reacting. Some people in the world are like this. It has been going on long enough that you might not be able to stop them. Contacting the admins at the sites where luni or whoever posted his version of your skin is probably your best bet. If those admins won't do anything about it, you are most likely sore out of luck. I also suggest that you stick with one thread on the subject. Bringing it up again has made me feel less concerned about the affair. I don't know how it makes others feel, but I think that you need to stop complaining. Deal with it however you see fit, but I really don't care anymore.

I've been doing just that (contacting the admin). Actually I'm thinking it isn't worth the hassle anymore and just take down my site and occasionally post skins here on wincustomize.

kongit....you may 'not care anymore'....but exactly how would you feel if you came to the admins here at Wincustomize complaining of perhaps being ripped and was told by us....'frankly we don't care anymore'?

Guess it's a good thing others have more compassion and consideration.

Hehheh, well close. We met online back in the olden days of mushing and mudding. He seemed normal enough, but by the time I found out he was a skinner, it was too late.

you must have missed his other thread....I did try to help, before. Just because I don't care doesn't mean other people can't care. I really have no power in the "world of skinning". However you do, jafo. So if you take it upon your shoulders to help juni, more power to you.

I had to even take down his comments page... some jerk was hurling more abuse. Honestly, do you think you'll coax a website back by calling the artist childish and a wuss? Sheesh.. my bets are his inbox will be full of the same kind of abuse from the ppxskins admins in the morning. It seems to be a daily thing now.
