Is there A site I can go to download .bmp file pictures?

Do a google search for stock photos to find lots of sites to download pictures, though I doubt any internet download will be in the BMP format. You'll need to open the JPG in MS Paint and save it as a BMP to convert it.

actually, anything i order from Corbis or GettyImages is BMP format

no compression, bitmapped and simple. they're just really freaking hudge. all comp images are jpegs though, and the best graphics for web are jpegs so anything you find for free will likely not be bmp.
