Black Screen Using KVM

I am attempting to use the KVM feature. My primary PC (desktop) is setup for KVM and my secondary computer (laptop) is also setup. When I connect, I get nothing but a black screen. I have scoured the forums and I think I know what the problem is however none of the solutions I have found were successful. 

My laptop has an integrated GPU and a dedicated GPU (for gaming). I have taken all the offered solutions (ensuring all drivers are up to date, forcing all programs in use and a system wide, commanded to use the dedicated GPU) and nothing is working. I don't have a secondary monitor for my laptop so I am unable to test the "dummy" plug solution. Also, I shouldn't have to buy anything extra to make the product work, in my opinion.

I have spent about 6 hours troubleshooting and trying different settings.

I would like a full refund.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Full version and OS Build numbers. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Multiplicity full version number.
