Fences 4 - Disassociate email addresses with keys (How to reset?)

I have Fences 4 throughout most of the office PCs in my facility.  A lot of people have come and gone over the last couple of years.  Some I've tried to "release" the key for fences associated with their email address, but it rarely works.  Most of my existing keys are associated with old email addresses which is preventing me from reusing them with current email addresses.  How can I "reset" these where they are no longer associated with an email address and can be reused.  I am the IT Admin at my site and it is frustrating not being able to manage these from an Admin level.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
