Taskbars on each monitor with different pinned items?

In the past I have setup different pinned item on different monitor's taskbars. I want to add a new shortcut to the small list of icons on the secondary monitor. Now I cannot find how I did that in the past.

I'm running Start11 2.52.3. Though previous secondary-only icons were an earlier version of Start11. Probably an earlier beta, but I am not sure. Sorry about that. I'm also running Windows11 26100.3775.
