Could you please tell me how to properly uninstall your software? Every method I try shows that the uninstallation is complete, but your program is still stubbornly running.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure why usual uninstall don't work on your system, usually the usual Windows system->add->uninstall should work. However, you can try the purge part of this guide: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1346666612/Groupy+purging+and+re-installing. Make sure to reboot when the purge is done.

No matter how many times I reinstall and uninstall, or even use third-party uninstallers, nothing works! Your software sticks to my system like a damn virus. Are you guys practicing how to make malware or what?
I am sorry it happen to your system. But, do know we don't usually get uninstall issue from other user. Please try the purge steps as I suggest above.

I tried using ‘groupyPurge.bat’, but guess what? It didn’t work! ‘Error: The system cannot find the specified registry key or value.’ So now, apart from reinstalling my entire damn system, what other ‘brilliant’ options do I have left? Or is that your official customer support advice?
Sorry it don't work for you, your security system might blocking something needed to be deleted get deleted properly. So if you restart the system, is Groupy still running in your system?
