Can I restore fences layout to a different user account

I suspect I am having problems with my Windows user account profile and would like to create a new Windows user account. Is it possible to restore my Fences layout to this different account's desktop? All files are stored in a common (OneDrive) area and the programs installed for all users, so the icons should all work (hopefully). I have current backups/snapshots.

How do I do this? Are there any gotchas to look out for?
