There is a whole thread that documented the problems I’m having ( including screen shots ) & it is now locked …REALLY?!  I’m still having the same issues & I need help.  This is how you treat someone who’s been a customer for years?  You have a terrific product but your support & customer service leaves A LOT to be desired.  Either help me or just refund my money.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Which thread your are referring to? If you're referring to the Fences 5.88 Release Feedback thread. This is normal since that thread is for Feefback. It will lock once a newer version has been released to replace the previous version. We encourage user to report issue, but if the issue is more specific issue to user system, we encourage user to create own new thread so we can help user directly, and not to confuse with others post which might not related. Please repost your issue here to continue.

Yes I tried.  The prompts were different so I did the best I could ( again I`m not a computer guy ).  Still having same issues.  I upgraded to Fences 6...still not working perfectly but a little better.

Still can`t adjust fonts or colors in All groups, have to adjust each fence individually.

Hi jared, customizing with "All Groups" won't work when individual Fence groups are customized. That is to say - if each Fence group is customized, "All groups" won't do anything.

A couple things you can do:

(1) Go to each Fence group and select "Reset this groups' customize". That group will then respond to changes in "All groups"

 

(2) Go to All Groups and select "Reset to default", then click again to select "Reset all to default" and "Yes" to the dialog that comes up. You'll then be able to use "All Groups" to change all groups.

One more question.  If I want to adjust the background color on one of the Fences or even adjust the hue or brightness...how do I do that without affecting the color on the shortcut icons,  I just want to adjust the background color in the Fences.  There is a lot more customization available & it works different then previous versions.  TY

In v6 you can go below and from Icon Tint select from the dropdown “Disable Tint”.

We’ll look to make that more apparent in a future release
