Can Not COnnect to my Secondary Computer

Secondary Computer is not recognizable

I can not connect to my Secondary Computer, because the software is not recognizing it. I have checked firewall, have checked remote connection to allow, and have followed all steps in the three (3) Hyperlinks Below, but still no Cigar SIGH:

Try setting the IP to static for the second computer, then connect via IP instead of name. I hope that helps.
