Object Dock and Synergy/Multiplicity

I have noticed that when Object Dock is running I can no longer move my mouse/keyboard to my Mac screen.  I am using Synergy right now, not sure that Multiplicity supports Mac OS.  Is this a know bug or something I can fix in the settings?
