Out of my 2 computers, I have recently reset one(the PRIMARY one).

Multiplicity has been reinstalled with the current "Multiplicity 3 v3.6" install link (see attached)

I can switch to the second computer with mouse & hotkey

I can switch back to "PC head"  with mouse

I CANNOT switch back to "PC head" with hotkey

and I highly suspect is it related to to the language.

(fyi : I also updated the second computer but it didn't help - with clean removal + reboot)

Old versions of Multiplicity referred the master computer as "PRIMARY computer"

Since recent updates, it is now called "PC head"

Going outside the "PC head" works fine but you cannot go back using hotkeys , certainly because Multiplicity is expecting the variable "PRIMARY computer" instead of "PC head".

It is important to note that Multiplicity was originally in English only.

My system language is in French and thus, the software tries to translates himself but it is quite bad.

Can you remove the auto translation?

If you have a 2023 Multiplicity software , I would be glad to have it in the meantime this issue is getting fixed please.

I confirm what I said before:

I installed an older version (3.44) on the "PC head" computer which is 100% English and now both mouse & hotkeys are working perfectly fine.

Open Notepad.exe as administrator (<-important)

File, open, go to Program Files (x86\Stardock\Multiplicity\lang

open the fr.lng, search for 'PC Head', change it to what the English to the left is...

Save, try again.

Thanks for the tip! it worked nicely upon renaming to "* PRIMARY computer"

Actually I have remove all xx.lng files afterwards to keep only the English one (en.lng).

Multiplicity must/should have an option to change software language at will !

Thanks again <3
