I have two monitors

We have Fences with different Folders on both screens.

Every time I start our computer (Dell 8960) desktop, my fences are reversed.  I have to go in to the layout and snapping and do a backup snapshot the previous day....sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  After choosing more than 4 or 5 saved days, it will finally snap back to their intended position?  What could be causing this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your issue.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build numbers. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Fences full version number.
  3. If you on Fences v5.5 or newer, Have you tried the "Troubleshooting" steps mentioned in the first post of this thread: https://forums.stardock.com/528229/

Hi mrdolamiti, we'd love to see your debug logs if you're a Fences 5 user. 

You can install the latest version at https://cdn.stardock.us/support/uploads/Fences5_5.8.6.2-j149-Setup.exe, and after installing and then reproducing a few times (a few reboots, it sounds like), use "Create error report package" from Troubleshooting in About and follow the prompts. Thank you!
