I have a current license to Object Desktop, I also years ago purchsed a seperate copy of Multiplicty Pro.  Is my license for Multiplicty Pro good for version 4?

Hello,
From what I understand, your ObjectDesktop, if the subscription still active, you should entitle to use Multiplicity 4. But, for Multiplicity 4 Pro, your Multiplicity Pro v3 key will not work on it. You will need to purchase a new license for Multiplicity 4 Pro.

I had a subscription to version 3 now I purchased a subscription to version 4 when I go to install it the primary computer cannot connect to the secondary computer ... I followed the various procedures that are indicated but I always have the same problem of no connection ... I tried through the cmd to do a ping and it is ok ... kindly help me .. thanks
