1. Try deleting the Multiplicity install from your download folders and going to your account page to download a new copy and install it.

3. Have Multiplicty 3 (or earlier) ever been installed and worked before? NO
I assume 'Resetting' Windows means a fresh format and install. Has it been fully brought up to date?
Resetting Windows done by Re-installing windows using the Reset this PC feature. but not with fresh format. Means my personal files remained. Most applications were removed, a few remained. I cannot format the hard disk unless I remove first all my files and I am ready to delete some programs. This is a very powerful machine with lots of memory and processing power. No program installation has ever responded like this. There is only one problem with Windows at the moment: Windows Updates is showing error when trying to connect to Windows server to download updates. I have also done a scan of possible corrupted Windows files
using sfc /scannow but the results were no files corrupted, so Windows does appear OK except for the update problem.
How old is the Secondary PC (main the CPU)...? Before 2015? Yes, probably 2010 but no other program has failed to install in this computer,
including programs like Any Desk that does the same Multiplicity does. (control desktops)
Each installation has a log Multiplicity Setup Log.txt file here (copy \ it into WIndows Explorer)
%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Temp
Please upload it to a shared cloud drive or your choice and paste a shared link in a reply with your other answers.
