Hello, I've recently installed Multiplicity KM on two PCs:
Primary = Windows 11 (10.0.22631 Build 22631)
Secondary = Windows 10 (10.0.19045 Build 19045)
Both are running Multiplicity KM 3.6
I've found a strange issue; Whenever I put the Secondary to sleep using the Primary, the Primary stays dimmed for a few seconds, then returns to normal brightness. However, I find that all input from mouse/keyboard is lost, and there is no cursor present anywhere on the Primary.
I tried going over to the Secondary and in Multiplicity task bar right-click menu:
- Flush DNS cache
- Reload Multiplicity processes
- Unload Multiplicity
- Rebooting Secondary
None of the above help the situation on the primary, although primary does reconnect to secondary just fine (I see the notification pop-up on Primary).
The only action that works is (on Primary) Ctrl+Alt+Del, when that menu pops up my mouse cursor has returned and both my mouse and keyboard input works. However, if I click "Cancel" or "Lock", I lose both the cursor and all input again.
Ctrl+Alt+Del > "Switch User"|"Log Out" both fix the issue permanently (at least until I put the Secondary to sleep while Primary's cursor is over there), however this is obviously not an ideal situation.
This has happened twice to me (2nd time was to verify that sleeping the Secondary was causing the bug).
