  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. I can not get to your video file. It might need to be set as public.

Hi Rerowros,

In reproducing this, I found it appears to happen whether Start11 is active or not.  As such, the issue seems to be with the way native Windows works rather than anything that could be done with Start11 to fix.
