Program keeps uninstalling itself

When I reinstall it, it says I need to reboot for Fences to work.

I purchased the software and installed it. I was able to create my Fences and group all my Icons into the Fences. I shut down my computer, and when I rebooted it, all my Icons are gone and Fences did not start. I have reinstalled it it 4 times now, but it says I need to reboot my computer for Fences to work. ??? What can I do to fix this?

Please run winver and post your OS and version as well as which Fences version you are trying to install.
