Since you're using the Enhanced taskbar, the right click menu is already "More powerful." The standard Windows 11 right-click menu only shows Taskbar settings, and Task manager.
If you are not using the Enhanced taskbar, there is an option to use the Windows 10 style (More powerful) right-click menu.
Selecting the option to show the Win+X menu when right-clicking the start button gives you the Windows 10 style Win+X menu.
What we would like to see is the ability to add items to the start11 right click menu and customize what's there clicking on the task bar and clicking on the start icon
That would be an amazing feature
