Unable to connect to another PC

having had problems with windows 11 pro I had to format the pc. after formatting I installed multiplicity and after doing the configuration the software from the network sees the pc only that it tells me disconnect

  1. Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Multiplicity KM,KVM or KVM pro? Also need its full version number.

Your issue is not connecting two computers next to each other and sharing keyboard and mouse ie seamless or KVM connection? Read here to understand more on this two type of connections: https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#seamlesskvm.

If you going for the KVM type connection, you will need to purchase Multiplicity KVM, Multiplicity KM will not work for KVM type connection.
