Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation.
If you still have issue, please report back here, include more information on your system.
- Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
- Start11 v2 full version number installed.
- Do you have any other 3rd party software that change the behavior of StartPanel, Taskbar and/or Windows Explorer. Such as StartAllback, ExplorerPatcher, Open Shell or any similar in function.
