keyboard shortcut for sleep no longer works

1. Is this on a laptop/notebook or tablet?
2. If this on a desktop, which software that you use to assign that keys to execute sleep mode command?
3. Need Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
4. Start11 version.

Problem solved. I discovered that the function keys have a lock that was accidentally activated and have de-activated it.
