License not found after upgrade to 3.6, continually prompted for license; purchased from Steam

I have Multiplicity KVM purchased via Steam. Recently I updated to 3.6 and since then, on my Primary, been getting prompts for "License not found" and to enter my license info, purchase new, or get free trial. I searched Steam for the license info but found none. The app is still working fine, just pop-ups over and over.

Also, maybe related, I see Steam has Multiplicity DLC for sale but I cannot tell if it's something new or what I already have. Do I have to buy that to get 3.6?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. For the activation issue, since you purchased it via Steam you should only install and activate it via Steam and only via Steam. If it asking for activation keys, that shows you're using wrong way to install it.

Second question, depends which one you purchased, there are Multiplicity (KM), Multiplicity KVM and Multiplicity KVM Upgrade you can purchase.

If you already purchase any of it, it will show up something like "Multiplicity KVM Upgrade is already is your Steam library" when you go to its link.

But, that should not block you from activating your purchased version.

Thank you.
