Start11 Icons missing

Start11 Icons missing

Start11 Version 2.08:
A few of the pinned programs lost their icons (about 30% or 15 tiles). The tiles are empty. If i distach the programs and reattach the according exe-files or the program icon from the start menu program listing, the icons are still missing.
If i click the tiles i get an error.
For example for the program "Signal" it shows
"shell:AppsFolder\org.whispersystems.signal-desktop" could not be found...."
It seems something with the path could be wrong and cannot be corrected.

The programs can be started by the exe. or the icons in the start menu program listing.

I don't know how to resolve this issue.

Well, it seems to me i'm expected to do the development work for stardock.
Sorry, but i gave you all the information i could in this thread.
I wasted about two hours on this already.
I think it is up to stardock to do its job now.
But according Reply #25 it seems to me nothing at all happened. :annoyed:

OK. We are don here. I want my money back.

That shouldn't be a problem if i am the only one where this product does not work.

I will go back to a different solution i used before Stardock.

Sorry to hear that. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Refunds" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
