Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure you're referring to which Stardock product, but, you can always change Windows scale setting to make thing bigger. Something like mentioned in the video below.

Thank you.

In Windowblinds, yes, you can change the titlebar size. But, it is not an easy thing. You will need to go into the Stardock Skinstudio and change things in there. You can use this tutorial to look for steps on how to do it. You can use this link to get to tutorial: https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#makeskins

In addition to what Basj says, here is a screenshot to help you get started. You may have to tinker and deal with some trial and error to get what you want, but play around with Skinstudio and see what you can do with a edit or mod of that style or theme!  The colorful arrow seen below points the way toward the area where you can change or modify the settings.

i know its been a while but im still really confused on how to do it, plus for a 30 dollar program you would think that you could have more options to size it without having to edit it your self

As I have tried to mentioned above, to change the titlebar size is not a simple thing in Windowblinds. You will need to alter a skin/theme setting via Skinstudio.

Please review this thread : https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#makeskins. It should help you on how to create a WB skin, somewhere in there, it should have something on how to create/edit the titlebar.
