Not happy with the purchase of Start 11 v2, facing critical bug

Hi,

I am user of Start 11 v2.08 version from steam.

bug is "PREVIEW WINDOW" of any software opened gets stuck (on taskbar) unless I bring back the cursor to any other software thus resulting preview changes and henceforth it starts to work correctly and preview gets disappear.

Sometimes "PREVIEW WINDOW" gets stuck for over 1-2 minutes as shown in the video.

I am attaching the "VIDEO" of the Bug where the "PREVIEW WINDOW" gets stuck on taskbar forever and hence taskbar does not hide itself as preview window is stuck as I use "AUTO HIDE" feature for taskbar..

I am tired of this Bug as it happens way too often and been facing the issue for over a 2 months or so, also reported the issue before.

I am using AUTO HIDE feature via enhanced taskbar in Start 11 v2 & I do not have touch enabled pc.

If I uninstall Start 11 V2 then window itself handles "preview window" great and causes no issue.

my Latest windows specs are

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 23H2

Installed on ‎30-‎Sep-‎23

OS build 22631.3593

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1003.0

PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

weird I did not use the spoiler function above, weird it got hidden.

please do as shown in my video to inspect my bug.

Please turn on AUTO HIDE mode in start 11 v2 and

switch to "NEVER" in COMBINED taskbar buttons and label in start 11 v2.

then open multiple programs.

(please try to put the layout of TASKBAR like I have in my video https://vimeo.com/946485642 )

and then try to quickly change different programs on taskbar, when you will try to switch fast that's when it usually or stuck or sometimes even it stuck normally.

please try that TASKBAR layout for like an hour or so and you will sure to hit by that bug sir.

Did you watch my video, I posted above? It was on taskbar auto hide and Never combine taskbar. Yet I don't see the issue. I tried to test it again by opening more windows, still the same I don't see the issue on my system. What I would suggest is to try uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, re-download latest version from your account page. Install it, reboot again after installation finished. Retest and report back.

also this issue does not occur always, it happens at any moment or sometimes it works just fine.

I have reinstalled it as per your instruction and if I face any issue I will update you. 

also there is one issue that I have also been facing.

here are the steps to reproduce.

after the second or third RIGHT CLICK on taskbar freezer the pop window (that shows setting related to taskbar and Taskmanager )  and that freezes the whole "start 11 taskbar" and it does not show up/respond until that frozen POP-UP comes to life.    as you can see in the end of the video, I pressed the "WINDOWS KEY" but it showed the start menu but not the taskbar as it all frozen up because of that frozen POP UP window/

no sir , this issue has been there before for like few months.

my system config. are-

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600K   3.50 GHz  with 4070 graphic card with 32gb Ram.

as there are no hiccups on my pc.

sorry sir, but what I meant is as per my pc specs, I do not face any hangs issue with any other program.

am sorry If I could not explain you that 2nd issue is still there ( as English is not my primary language)

the Second issue where "POP- UP" window freezes upon 2nd or 3rd Right click on taskbar is Still there.

so I need help regarding that Freezing issue. 

So you're saying the freeze issue, only happen with Start11v2 installed, yes? And it will happened everytime you 2nd and 3rd right click on taskbar. yes? BTW in your second video, that is not popup windows that freeze, that was the right click menu that freezed. Possibly there is conflicting issue on your system.
