Will Windows 11 24H2 block Start11?

According to a recent article in PC World, the next release of Windows 11, 24H2, will prevent third-party apps from customizing the taskbar or Start Menu. They cited StartAllBack as an example. So I'm wondering if Start11 will be dead on Windows 11 once that version of Windows 11 is released.

No, Start 11 will not be affected by those changes to Windows 11.
