Upgrading Windows 10 to win 11 with START1 already Installed in windows 10

I have installed start11 V2 on my windows 10  PC. Now I am ready to upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11. Do I have to deactivate the Start 11v2 license and uninstall START11V2 before upgrading to windows 11?

Your help will be deeply appreciated

If you are doing an in place upgrade you should be fine. When I upgraded, all my Start11 settings transferred seamlessly.
