Object Desktop not in order, subscriptioins, or downloads - slow support

Bought Object Desktop upgrade.  But order not in my account.  Cannot install or use product key.  Maybe it has different email but I put in this email when validating upgrade.  Send email to support but they have not responded.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Its has been a few days. Does it usually take that long?  Is there a chat function? Is there a way to check on your ticket? I also sent an email to support@stardock.com.
