Untranslated line all language files Start11 v2

Hi,

On GitHub I have pushed an actualized Dutch language file.
Some untranslated lines/string where translated and many text corrections have been made.
Besides this the following line misses in all language files "Blur effects are disabled in your operating systeem settings"
This text is only shown in red color.

My request: please append the mentioned missing line in all language files and perhaps the developper can publish the line number.
Also my request to included the pushed actualized Dutch language file in an upcomming release of Start11v2

The order of where lines appear is irrelevant (they can be in any order).

If you add the line to the bottom of your Dutch lang file (note the English spelling fix on the right side) in your Start11\lang directory

"Blur effects are disabled in your operating system settings"="Vervagingseffecten zijn uitgeschakeld in de instellingen van uw besturingssysteem"

(forgive the Bing translation)

Save, close then open the UI, does it then show the translation?

As mentioned I have appended the missing line [875] with Dutch translation on GitHub and made a pull request.
I also have pushed a corrected Dutch translation for Fences v5.x
Please let me know when these files appear in upcomming updates for Start11v2 and Fences v5.x
