Secondary Computers Right mouse button and scroll wheel actions carring over to primary again in Full screen Gaming

For the last few weeks when playing full screen Everquest games on several computers my secondary computers have started sending any mouse scrolls or right button pressed mouse movements to my primary PC. This seems to only happen if the primary is in full screen mode.

I made a switch over to Synergy 3 RC3  and the issue was there as well until I disabled an option called "Take foreground window"  and the issue stopped for me

I would prefer to use Multiplcity so my question is there any such type option to enable this in Multiplicy?  Not sure what happened about 3 weeks ago or so that this started happening. 

I could play in Window mode but would be unable to use the resolution that I prefer that way with my eye sight starting to  degrade with age.
