Fence 4 activation is not working

Unable to Activate Fences

Hi,

I am running Fences 4. It was working fine until I had to uninstall it (IT support for another software platform requested removal to check something). When I reinstalled, it keeps saying

 

I have tried following the Error -212 troubleshooting and deleting the old fences folder in the %ProgramData%\Stardock folder as described here: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260552209/Error%3A+212+or+Product+Keeps+Prompting+to+Activate

I have tried the offline activation where the response says there is no licence for the product, but I have purchased a 5 pack licence and this is only the 2nd computer I am using it on.

 

I have had a lot of activation problems over time with activating Fences and I am reaching the end of my tether as it is always the same issues. The licence key doesn't activate, the activate via your Stardock account doesn't work and the offline activation doesn't work.

At times even Fences doesn't work the way it should

 

Any help would be most appreciated in getting activated

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. It might be you have max out activation. Please use this guide to review your activation and deactivate old activation to clear up slot for new activation. : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#reviewactivations. Try it and report back.

Thanks for the reply

The computer I was trying to activate was listed there. I removed it and then tried reactivating and it still didn't work.

It still give me an error 212 as in the picture above

Hello,
It might be account issue or simply typo on username, to check, Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
