I can't figure out how to LOCK Fence 5 on my Desktop? Please help me.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Dev has disable Lock Fences option in Fences 5. To bring it back please use this guide: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1621360668/Show+'Lock+Fences'+in+Fences+5
