Autohide Issue - Gaps at Bottom of Screen, One Pixel Height for Primary Monitor, Entire Taskbar Height for Secondary Monitor

I've noticed when I only have one monitor connected or even two, the primary or only display constantly has a one-pixel-tall gap between the bottom of the window when maximised and the bottom of the screen when the task bar is set to autohide (autohide disabled on Windows 11 but enabled through Start 11 v2).

When a second monitor is connected, the height differential between the bottom of a maximised window and the bottom of the screen is the entire taskbar height.

This gap is persistent when snapping windows left and right on the secondary monitor, as well as setting the window to fullscreen.

I honestly don't expect a paid upgrade to a software within the same OS generation to have this many issues, as these are fairly simple asks from a customer that the autohide works and you can use it without it causing a distracting and unsightly gap on both the primary and secondary monitor.

The one pixel gap at the bottom on the primary is also there with Windows autohide is it not?  This is something OLED owners have complained about.

The main difference being it is coloured the same colour as the taskbar instead of being invisible (and so showing OS wallpaper) with Start11.

We shall investigate the secondary monitor as thats not normal.  Are you using any other software like UltraMon or DisplayFusion which might interfere with this?

Hi,

This is the third time I have reinstalled Start 11 v2 as I was hoping newer versions would fix issues.

When Start 11 v2 is not installed and I have autohide on through Windows 11, I am not seeing a one pixel tall bar at the bottom of my screen.

This is a screenshot showing both monitors when Start 11 v2 is uninstalled. As you can see, there is no such gap. The gap only occurs when Start 11 v2 is installed.

I have used a magnifying glass against my monitor and can see that when the taskbar is hidden on Windows 11, as soon as it is collapsed, there is a one pixel tall black bar put in place for the mouse to interact with and unhide the taskbar.

If that is the case then why not just fill in that one transparent pixel gap you have with a black line like Windows does when we enable the setting to autohide the taskbar?
